New Remote Working Desk

Three months after launching my website the next stage in my plan is now complete, the set up of a remote working desk! Since I purchased the apartment in 2017 I have always rented out the home for short stays to tourists and thus far has been very successful. As a UK national, Brexit however has had a significant impact on my costs as I am no longer able to deduct certain property expenses hence why I decided to set up my own website the aim of obtaining direct bookings and therefore avoiding commission costs from the well known holiday rental platforms.

As part of this new approach, I decided to try and expand my client base by making my property suitable for remote working with the aim of attracting the growing trend of digital nomads.
